I am an executive for a major parts vendor in the mid-west region and was excited to hear about R2 automation inc, a company owned and operated by ron remus a man I know and respect being offered on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange until I heard about two very unscrupolous fraud artists named Carlos Llinas and Sam Jawad were involved in this public offering.
I want to warn everyone please STAY AWAY from investing or doing business with R2 automation inc. for as long as fraud artist Carlos Llinas and, fraud artist Sam Jawad are involved this "R2 Automations inc" is nothing more than any other of his boxing scams. They (Carlos Llinas, Sam Jawad) were a tag team scamming young boxers in the boxing circuit by violationg the professional boxing reform act of 1996 (ALI ACT) a federal criminal act and are currently being investigated by the attorney general of the state of Michigan Michael Cox.
I plead with executives at Swiss AG, and the Frankfort Stock Exchange to please due a thourough background investigation on the moral and ethical characters of scam artist Carlos Llinas and scam artist Sam Jawad. Once Again R2 Automations is a big elaborate scam run by Ron Remus, Carlos Llinas, Sam Jawad... caveat-Buyer Beware

My name is Brian Mihtar, Iam a professional boxer from Detroit, Mi who has fought under the banner of Carlos Llinas Promotions/Ron remus Productions and can testify that the allegations placed on this blog/website are 100% false and untrue. I understand that there have been rumors that supporters of mine may have placed these complaints on here, if that is the case I condemn there actions 100% and stand by Carlos Llinas and Ron Remus as men of the highest integrity and honesty and would stand before anyone to testify to it.
Boxing is a tough sport and the people that wrote the false accusations need to undersatnd to keep everything in perspective, boxing is boxing, it has NOTHING to do with R2 Automation.

I am updating this report on R2 Automation to once again warn any city state or federal entity that plans on granting R2 Automation funds to please look further into the fraud masters Carlos Llinas and Sam Jawad who are the 'VP of Sales and Marketing" I once again want to make clear these were people who scammed young boxers for a couple of hundered dollars, just imagine what they would do if they had there hands on real money. I just wonder what is Ron Remus and R2 Automation doing hiring a street hoodlum fraud artist like Carlos llinas who wears $100,000 platinum chain necklace, (over a U.S enemy Communist killer Che Guevara t-shirt) carries a pistol and often brags about how he is "detroits big boxing thug boss". I really dont see the understanding behind this, Ron Remus is a horrible judge of character, I mean doesnt he understand it like it or not, your employees dirty laundry is coming with them no matter how much they try to clean up there act. R2 Automation should be avoided by everyone as long as Carlos Llinas is around. R2 Automation Alternative energy fraud co. of the future.

I have done more research on this R2 Automation Inc and found that due to the involvement of Carlos Llinas and Sam Jawad many potenial investors and clients are backing away from doing business with R2 automation inc and investing in R2 Automation inc. I really cant blame them, after all the elaborate wall street scams in the U.S, I would be very leary about doing business with men who have a such a shady history of fraud. R2 Automation inc is looking to be the scam of 2009 investors beware!.

The problem lies in that Ron Remus is mesmerized by the nightlife and "fun" these men (Carlos Llinas and Sam Jewad) bring him. They make him feel young while they send his companies repuation down the toilet. I truly feel bad for ron remus I cant believe he would allow the dirty sport of business and all the garbage it breeds hurt is multi million dollar business repuation that he has worked so hard to foment. furthermore I do agree as long as Carlos Llinas is involved I would stay away from investing in R2 Automation-He has a long history of fraud and scamming in boxing. Carlos Llinas is bio-hazard, whatever he touches he destroys. He is just a good speaker who always plays mr. innocent in front of respectable business people.
