I'm a former employee of R3 Government Solutions. While working with R3 I experienced a very unprofessional environment. Very negative tretment from the Vice President of Strategic Development Lara A. Alderson. Lara A. Alderson has lied about the job. I was not paid for work that was done for R3 and the federal government. Lara A. Alderson has alter work for the government. R3 has had contractor to work on other asignment while billing the federal government for time that wasn't worked. Kristin H. Berry is the President of the company. And she knows everything that Lara A. Alderson is doing. R3 Government Solutions lied and didnt pay out bonus to there employee's. This is a company the I would keep my eye on. There very very unprofessional government contracting company. I would recommend the federal government stop doing business with R3 Government Solutions. And I would not remmend any good contractor to work for this company.

Thanks

Fact-based Evidence

#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

The facts are these:

Lara Alderson is not authorized to commit R3 to any employment arrangements (e.g., jobs). R3 Employment Offer letters and/or agreements are between the employee and the primary owners of R3. Employees sign, at their own will, company employment agreements. As such, this employee’s grievance is misplaced.

Lara Alderson is not authorized to commit R3 to any employee bonus construct. R3 Employment Offer letters and/or agreements outline eligible bonus and/or performance incentive plans. Again, this employee's grievance is misplaced.

Lara Alderson provides program executive oversight on awarded R3 contracts. It would be normal course of business to review, comment and edit work products or deliverables prior to submission to the client to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions and that quality standards are met.  Lara Alderson does not, in fact, have access to government documentation beyond the scope of awarded contracts. As such, this employee's implication that there is something wrong in changing government documentation makes no sense.

More accurately stated, this disgruntled employee was not eligible for a bonus at the time of separation from R3. This disgruntled employee had a history of repeatedly disregarding corporate policies and procedures and that has more than likely caused the grievance.

·       In my opinion, this disgruntle employee who made the original Rip-off Statements about R3 misrepresented the facts. There has been only one former employee to-date who has made such a claim. If it is indeed this former employee, it was a huge relief to have her voluntarily separate from the company. In my opinion, she does not reflect the professional values or ethics of R3's management team or consultants.
