I meet Rabbi Liberman In Nyc. He said he was a rabbi in israel and is from Chabad. He said he has a big family and wants a place to rent. He calimed to be an honest man with no financial problems, as it turns out he did not pay the property taxes for the time he was in the rental and was always behind on the rent until recently he stoped paying in completely.
Later on I recived a letter from an attornet saying he is running a synagogue from the house with no permits and I found out he was being sued and there are collection procedures against him for years of unpaid taxes. Beware from renting your home to this individual.
