I ordered a building from raberstoragebarns.com on May 26th 2021. I spoke with the owner Marvin Raber on May 26th. I told him I needed the building by mid September. He stated that would be no problem. I received a phone call from Emma Raber stating the building wouldn't be available till October 25th. I was able to get a building locally and I sent a very kind email to Emma stating I couldn't wait till October 25th. I asked for a refund and I cancelled the order. She stated she would not refund the $545.00.

This is completely unfair. The building is not being provided to me in a timely manner or the time promised to me by the owner. I contacted my bank and my branch manager asked me to call and talk to the owner (Marvin Raber) on 8/6/2021 at 12:30 pm. I called and the lady I spoke with stated Marvin had bad cell phone reception. My bank also called raberstoragebarns.com on 8/6/2021 asking for them to refund me the $545.00. Neither I nor my bank was both able to get a hold of Marvin.
