Complaint Review: RAC Enterprises

Dear Sir/Madam,

I order a Uniden 2.4GHz Tru4485-2 DSS corldless phone from racent.biz. The Amazon order number is: 058-2897032-6301907 on Jan 12, 2005. I received it at around Jan 20, 2005 - Feb, 3, 2005. When I opened the box, I found it used, while it said on the amazon.com that it was new. The sales rep's name is Rocco.

Just after nearly 6 months use before warranty (the seller then said the new phone only had 214 day warranty), the phone stopped working. So I contacted Rocco, and he asked me to return the phone to another company - Topp Service Sloutions whose headquater is locaed at Florida.

This compnay only sells refurb items of low qulity. I contacted Topp company starting from June 14 and and only after a month did I receive the exchanged phone. I recieved the exchanged ohone on July 19, again, the phone is refurb. and the phone stopped working again. I called this company on August 10, 2005. Until now Sept 12, 2005 I have received my phone now and it has been more than a month. I sent many emails and my emailed just blocked by their system. I also sent fax and no response yet.

Customers should be careful to do business with these compnaies.
