Emailed them and requested that the size be changed to L-large
received confirmation back that this had been done.
Sent email Jan 10, 2008, asking about shipping date. (No Answer)
Sent email requesting that this order be canceled Jan 14 2008 (No Answer)
Called and left a voice message on there message service (No return call)
Try to login with my login information that worked when I placed the order
and get this response, (Error: No match for E-Mail Address and/or Password.)
Does not allow me to login, does not answer email, does not return phone calls.
All I want is the Jacket or my Money.
Do not know what to do next.
