Complaint Review: Race Depot.com

Race Depot.com won't deliver, product or e-mail response Internet

On8-31-07 I ordered a dale jr. scale car from race depot,that according to the web site was in stock. 3to 4 weeks later Ie-mailed them to find out why my car had not been shiped, they replied that it was not in stock when I ordered it when in fact the web site said it was.They charged my card 74.00 and since then it has been an e-mail war to get resolution.

Up until early december '07' they would send a reply to me and offered me a lifetime membership granting me discounts on future offers. on 1-21-08 they sent me an e-mail saying I could either wait for the car I orderd or take a dale jr. daytona 500 win car that they had in stock, I replied that I would take the dayton 500 win car.

Since then Ihave calledthe 1-866-300-7857 message line and left 10 plus messages and at least that many e-mails wondering where my car is, with no reply.And to date my order on their web site still shows my original order for the car I ordered on back order,I feel as if they stole my money!!!

It's pretty sad that people like race depot.com can get away with this,I hope someone will do something about this soon. I filed a report with my bank on this Ihope it helps I know I'm not the only one who is dealing with this company, thanks for listening
