I purchased seat covers for my son's car in late November 2004 for his birthday in December. He didn't install the seat covers until late January. 2 weeks later one of the seams ripped. I contacted the dealer "racerrice21" on eBay to explain the situation. He said there was no warranty...

There is no warranty if the item has ripe. Also, the item was purchase three months ago. If this was to happen two to three weeks after purchasing the product. We will be responsable."
Beware of this seller on eBay and the products he sells.
