Complaint Review: Raceway International LLC (formerly Raceway Auto Transportation)

I am in the Air Force and had to ship my second vehicle from Hawaii back to the mainland on my own dime.  Got a good quote from this company (checked them out on the internet to see if there was anything bad about them, and there wasn't...at the time!!)  They were more than happy to call me until they got my deposit and then never contacted me again.  When I called to ask why no one had contacted me to let me know a date for shipment after a couple weeks, they told me the carrier would contact me soon.  Never happened.  When I called to ask why I still had no information and left a message no one called me back.  When I emailed them to let them know that I had no more time to wait on them and made other arrangements, here's a shocker, no one contacted me!!  Because I signed the paper allowing them the deposit, I'm sure I will never get it back even though they provided me absolutely NO SERVICE.  Do NOT use this company.  Stay away!!!  Absolutely horrible.
