Racexpert Ltd claims on its testimonial page to provide high priced (ie: high odds) winners using their software and racecards. however upon subscription they do not provide any software. They say they have stopped providing it since January 2010, but that has not stopped them from mentioning it all over the testimonials page of their current website. therefore getting subscribers to apply without realising they aren't getting the service that they advertise.

They say the racecards can be used to get the same information - I don't see how,  not without advice and tutorials, which they do not bother to provide. The don't provide any systems to use the racecard information with, and do not provide any means to manually replace any of the tools that the software was supposed to provide. Their treatment of subsribers in effect is deceptive and shoddy.

The service is provided via World Pay who I have discovered unlike say Paypal are not able to intervene in applications for a refund, perhaps that is why the payment is instrumented through World Pay, so's they can grab monies deceptively without answerability. I find their excuses are weak - 'take your time with the form study' I don't want to spend time examining form, that was why I wanted the software, 'We are overhauling our web pages' - oh yes, but forgot to mention that you  don't provide the main part of the service that it advertises, besides how much can it cost, how difficult can it be to keep ones advetised services updated ? Is it worth more than your reputation?

Have they had such bad copy in the past that they have to resort to  selling by deception ? 'We haven't got tutorials to use with the racecards ' - Why not? That ought've been the first thing they should've instrumented, along with some useable systems and advice on their use, before they saw fit to scrap the software that their 'Testimonial' pages enthuse about at great length. In short I am led reluctantly to believe 'RaceXpert' is a rip off.
