Complaint Review: Rachel Outlet - Lowest Priced Clothing - Oscar Weber

I place an order with Rachel Outlets LtD company on September 28, 2006. They told me they would not charge my account until they called me. The next day they charge 861.00 and a week later they charge 833.00. I never receive one stitch of merchandise.

I have called and email them but the company never answer the phone or return my calls. I have talk to lawyer, police department, Better Business Bureau and now I am in the process of filing a credit card theif with the FBI.

I am a small business who is trying to make it and now I may have to close because I lost my money. I am going to do everything to see that this don't happen to someone else. I have worked very hard to get this business started and now a non-american takes it all away.

What kind of country let people open up fraudulent business and swindle the american people out of their hard earn saving. We must stand up for ourselves or lay down and die.

I am willing to join in a law suit to shut these people down. If they stay open they will do this to other people who are trying to start a business.

After the 911, I keep saying they are getting braver and braver. They don't care who they hurt.
