Complaint Review: Rachel Ray's Radiant Revive

I received the radiant revive with no directions and not even a return address on the box. When I ordered this it was very unclear, It just said free trial. I called the company after checking my Credit Card and saw the charges one for 88.95 and another one for 89.95, I would not have ordered this had they said how much it was going to cost after the free trial was over.  One of the reasons I decided to order this was because it was by Rachel Ray and I didn't think she would rip people off but I was wrong!!

When I called the company (it was a few days after the trail period had ended but I wouldn't have been able to send it back because there wasn't a return address.) Anyway after checking my CC and getting the phone number I called them and the person I spoke with offered me a 50% discount and when I said no she offered me a 75% discount and I said no all I want is to have the money put back on my CC, she said they would not do it because the free trail was over. I told her that I hadn't even had a chance to try it out and that I would return it she still said they would not put the money back on my CC. I told her that I was going to dispute the charge because I had only agreeded to the shipping charges and she said  I coulld hire a lawyer and they would beat me because of their trial period, but you can't return the product or even call them until after they charge your CC.

I think everyone with a complaint should get togeather and file a lawsuit against Rachel Ray so that this kind of thing doesn't happen to other people!!
