Complaint Review: Rachel T. Goldberg

Rachel T. Goldberg of Brooklyn sold me a 2004 Honda Civic Hybrid via the internet which was advertised as runs great.  Once I received the car it was discovered that the car had a transmission issue that required the removal of the transmission for it to be repaired.  The seller and her boyfriend (Gerald Slevin) did not disupute the problem with the car, only stating the car was sold "as is".  I received no help from the internet site the car was sold on even though it offered a "money back" guarantee.  They claimed the car was not listed in the correct category so the money back guarantee did not apply!
