RAD VCR RAD VCR never shipped a combo VCR La Habra California
I bought a VCR Combo unit from them on 2/9/21 for $199.99 on PO #1381. By the following April nothing had been received. On 4/19/21 I called their phone number and cancelled the order and requested a refund. I followed up 3 times by phone but no refund has ever been issued.
They always say a credit will be issued but nothing ever happens. It is apparent they have no intention of refunding the purchase amount. This is a scam operation.
