Read this companies policies before you do business with them.  After that remember that they take your money first thing.  If they cannot deliver what you ordered, for whatever reason, you may never see your money again (read their policies). 

I ordered from them and the product was out of stock and no longer available (it didn't show this on the listing).  Received an email informing me it was out of stock and they would search for it.  My emails about status were answered by we are still searching. 

After trying to cancel this order I was informed that I didn't follow policy.  To make a long story short, they can keep your money if they deliver or not. 

I made a serious mistake when I ordered from them by using a debit card.  This company took advantage of that.

If you take payment and delay delivery long enough with excuses it is very difficult to get the money back.  This company is good at ripping people off when they see a chance to do so.  Read their policies and remember that you might be the next victim.

Same story as the other.  I ordered the part, payed for the part and never received the part.  I get nothing but the run around when I call and email them (in fact they only responded once and never followed through with my refund.). I've got the names addresses and phone numbers of the pricipals of the company "RR" and "SZ".  I wonder, would it be wrong to call them at home?  They must be very busy during the day since the company won't deal with me via the internet.

Help tickets were filed.  Yes, I filed more than one because of lack of response.  Like I said before, read the policies.  There is a one year limit on refunds.  So far I have made it to the point of we will review your tickets and determine if you are entitled to a refund twice.  Both times there has been no further response after that.  What happened to honesty?  I gave you money for a product or service that you couldn't or wouldn't deliver and asked for a refund.  All I have received from your company is the runaround.  Anyone that wants to do business with your company should read your policies and remember that you take the money first.  After that they are at your mercy.

Our Company has been in business since 1978 and has a solid reputation of serving it's customer base well.  We have over 1000000+ satisfied customers.  Our policies have been developed over a long tested period as we were one of the very 1st internet industrial suppliers. Internet purchasing with a credit or debit card is a secure purchasing environment that affords many protections to the consumer.  In essence it is virtually impossible to be ripped off using a credit card as the method of payment. If you are dissatisfied with a transaction, please try to resolve utilizing the company's customer service department and as a last resort the many card provided customer dispute processes. In most instances unless you have severely abused a merchant you will almost always receive a refund if the transaction was not satisfactory.  Re contact our customer service department and create a help ticket and it will be handled in an orderly fashion to your satisfaction.
