2 weeks ago I ordered a Christmas gift for my family and it was being shipped by UPS. I was left a door tag stating I could pick up my package at a local florist shop. When I went there with my door tag, the flower shop owner said they did not have my package and I would have to check another flower shop even though Radford Florist had prominently displayed sign saying they were a UPS Access Point and drop off location. 

Upon visiting the second flower shop, their owner told me they had no idea about any access point or UPS setup that they were involved in.

While doing a web search, I located a UPS shipping location within a mile of where I was. I went to that location and was again told they did not have my package that I would have to return to Radford Florist.

Not sure why a UPS location would not be able to help and I am having to rely on a flower shop to get my package.

A second visit to the UPS Shipping store, the owner was very nice and helpful and got in contact with the UPS driver to have my package brought to their store. They called me upon its arrival and I was able to get my Christmas gift.

I can't imagine how many others are having this experience but I would NOT recommend visiting Radford Florist, they clearly have no intelligence on being in the package shipping or receiving business.

Find your real local UPS shipping store if you want the right help.
