Same story as all the others.   Went online and agreed to pay $3.95 shipping and handling to a company called Hydroxatone.    Received their product 1/05/2011 and 1/18  another package came from Radialabs.     The Hydroxatone had instructions for returning and cancelling if you didnt want billed for more product.    Nothing was billed from Hydroxatone.  The Radialabs had nothing in the form of an invoice or instructions to cancel, or even mention of paying $74.95.   On 1/18 a second box came with an invoice, and told me I was billed.

Went to my bank and learned they had charged twice $74.95 against my account.    Called their 800 number and cancelled next day, got instructions to return, and a number for my reference.   Sent it back 1/20 following all their instructions.    Reported to my bank and cancelled the VISA card.   It is now 3/18 and after numerous calls, they finally tell me I was getting a refund of $74.95 (half of what they stole) but it could take another 30 days.

Filled out complaint to Bank of the West and they said they could do nothing.   Sent Bank of West an email with my opinion of their lack of service.   Will be cancelling my Bank of the West accounts soon.   Think its time someone filed a class action suite on behalf of all the customers who have been ripped off by these people.   Also think its time they were shut down from scamming more people.   This is international fraud, and there must be an agency for stopping this kind of operation.
