As mentioned earlier in a similar complaint from October 4, 2016.  I agreed to pay mailing charges to receive a free sample of Radiant Lush Face Serum.  I did receive the free product and was billed a reasonable mailing charge.  The next month I was billed 94.96 for the sample. I called the number given on my credit card, 877-498-7318.  i was told there was fine print that if customer didn't cancel within two weeks they would be charged.  I could not get on the website, which they gave me to check this, tryradiantserum.com.  

However when I asked again for a refund. They said that they could not give refund, it told them that I was acting under the impression they portrayed in this being a free sample, and all I had to do was give them a reasonable shipping and handling fee. Then he said that they do not give refunds. I found there was no way I was going to get credit for services I have not received nor was I in full aware of. They count on people trusting them.  I finally realized the only way I was going to get this account canceled was to take the 30% off.  I refused their desire to send another sample and told them I just want the account they made for me to be canceled. I have also canceled anything coming from this number to be denied by my bank.

It appears that it costs us 70 dollars for this fraud and to have them cancel an account they made up for me.
