I saw the wrinkle reducer Radiant Revival on the Today show and Rachael Ray. Ordered ia free sample by the 1-800 number and agreed to the $4.95 s/h fee.  I received two items, (I ordered one), and checked my account.

On 07/24/18 I was charged $89.95 and $88.47. Outraged, I called again demanding a refund.

The gentleman said I had agreed to a monthly subscription during our initial phone call. And from the date of that initial call, I had two weeks only  to cancel the subscription and receive a refund. I was just a little too late! No refund. Requested to have my account closed. I kept the cream and serum and fumed.

August 9, 2018 I received another product package and there was an account charge of, $4.95, $89.95 and $88.47.  WOW!!!  Now I realize I’m set up on auto-debit and cancelled my credit card. I returned the product UPS immediately.

Another 1-800 call and again demanded a refund.  NOPE,  Again, please cancel my subscription. Of course.  Tried to email them. Email account closed.

Today 09/10/18 another package arrived and I returned it UPS.  Will call again to cancel.
