Was charged after 14 days (4 days for shipping/date of order and 10 days for trying product) Called for a refund the day the full price was still a pending charged on credit card and was told I was 2 days late to request. They offered a 35% credit which I accepted and still waiting to receive. Product started to break my skin out.
