Complaint Review: Radiant Revive 45

I ordered this product because I thought it was founded by a tv show personality that I trusted. It advertised a free trial of the product in which you only pay shipping. I then noticed two separate additional charges weeks later from the company. I sent two emails asking about these charges and received no response. 

I contacted my bank to dispute the charges and they had the phone number of the company and called them and listened as I spoke to the representative. She stated the free trial was for two weeks and if they were not contacted after two weeks I would be charged the full price for both trial products. I did not read that information anywhere.

I canceled my "contract" with them immediately. I guess I was another victim of this type of tactic used to sell products. To me, if you have a great product, it wouldn't require the use of such tactics.
