Complaint Review: RADIANT REVIVE

I saw Rachel Ray endorsing a product for anti-aging / wrinkle cream.  Risk Free Trial is $4.99 to give it a try with no obligation.  I read through all the fine print and there was NOTHING about auto pay for future shipments or additional fees.  The product arrived (very small) with the SMALLEST writing on the jar -- illegible.  The shipping slip had no information on it, no phone number or "who" sent it.  I Googled the product name and saw RIPOFF REPORT and SCAM / FRAUD alerts pop up.  They said the company takes your credit card and charges the FULL RETAIL PRICE not once, but twice even before you receive the product.  I quickly jumped online to check my account activity on my credit card and sure enough -- two charges for $88 and $89 not once but twice!  They had my account billed for over $330 before i even received the tiny jar of cream.  I quickly called my credit card company to notify them and reported the activity to the Fraud Unit.  PLEASE BEWARE -- if you ordered this FREE TRIAL cream -- it's not free!  Your credit card is at risk.
