After ordering, I noticed how much the product cost, and I tried emailing them several different times. I called several phone numbers, but never found the correct name number. My credit card company tried calling and they couldn’t get a hold of them either. There was not an email or phone number on the receipt, so I sent the email to the address that sent me my confirmation number as soon as I received the confirmation.

They tried to push the charge through on my credit card 4 times. Luckily, I didn’t have the funds to cover it. I am worried about paying my credit card off because I know the will probably try again. All I want to do is cancel the subscription as I have wanted to do since the day I made it.

not sure if you are aware, but your address and phone number are on the picture you included, everyone can see it. Just want you to be aware of that. If you are unable to get a response from the company you may have to contact your bank and request to have a new bank card issued. A suggestion for the future- use a prepaid debit card for online purchases. Only load just enough money for That particular purchase(plus a few extra for taxes and shipping. )That way if you find you did get scammed you can just not load more money to it and don't have to worry about more money being taken off it. Unfortunately that doesn't help for now, and it means loading money on it for each purchase. Another opt-in is to open a separate bank account for online purchases only. Have them issue a debit card attached to that account only, link that account to your main account so you can transfer just the funds needed for that purchase.
