Radiant Revive- Long Island Medium Teresa Caputo Charged my credit card without authorization
I ordered a free trial for $4.95 and they added what they called free serum instead of $4.95 shipping & handling they charged me $4.95, $2.49, $4.90 , $88.47 & $89.95 I didn’t catch it until they had over drawn my account. When the free? Trial came it had no paperwork? Should have been my first red flag no number no address nothing to return it? But why would I return it when it’s free? Right? Also had to call my Bank today and out a stop on my card informed them these charges are unauthorized by me. I got their number from the bank I called them and they said did you read the fine print? If you don’t cancel before 14 days your free sample isn’t free? They charge for the full price yet weird it was 12 days for me and I was not given a number to call? They ended up charging me $190.76? Why is everyone’s price different on what they charge when I asked about charges for shipping they charged for each free product? And for a membership I never signed up for? How can it be legal to rip someone off? I can’t wait till they are sued I’m going to be the first to sign up. This is wrongful!!! Also when I called the operator offered me everything under the sun to stay? Are they seriously nuts I should have looked this up before ordering. I’ve lost all respect for Teresa Cuputo you should be ashamed of yourself!!!!
