I saw an ad for a free Radiantly Revive sample only pay for shipping. There wasn’t a clear message for the Terms and Agreements. The ad never stated full payment would be directly withdrawn from my checking account. After placing my order $89.95 was instantly billed to my bank. This company deliberantly has a web site that doesn’t explain terms and agreements clearly. It’s set up to cheat the buyer.

I’m extremely disappointed with this company. Had I liked the product I may have ordered some however after dealing with this company I won’t. To fix this problem I tried calling to complain and stop the payment. They insisted the amount charged and when it would take place was clearly written and I agreed to it. After I argued my side, they agreed to refund 30%. I wanted all my money refunded. I had to go to my bank and report fraudulent charges then stop the use of my debit card. Now I have to wait 10-14 days for my new card. I’m very unhappy being scammed.!!
