I'm going to assume Radiant Revive has, legally, dotted all of their "i's" and crossed all of their "t's" and has the necessary stated legal language in their small print. That being said I find them to be outstanding in the practice of deception, misleading advertising, and skillfully underhanded and slippery. In their advertising I saw what they wanted me to see. I was naive and trusting. Shame on me. In 17 days i had 5 separate charges to my credit card totaling $340. My eyes nearly popped out of my head when I looked at my Visa statement. This was totally unexpected. In the meantime everything I had received from Radiant Revive had never been opened. I politely called them and said I'd like to return my unopened products for a refund and was refused. The supervisor was cold, matter of fact, and completely unwilling to budge. It was just too bad for me. I was told I had checked the box stating that I was over 18 years old. Wow. That speaks volumes about this company. It also gives a bad name to legitimate operations. In hindsight, when I look at their website, there is very little information about the actual product. Most of their website content is writing about all of their policies. It's as if its owners are saying, " let's fool as many people as we can, as fast as we can, and get as much as we can before they catch up to us". Shame on me. Don't do business with company!
