Radiant Revive Product trail Scam
I signed up for a free trail of their product for 14 days. Had no time to try the product before they automically started to ship me the products retroactively from the trail start date and charge my credit card for the products. No telephone numbers were/are available on their website nor my credit card tansaction statement.
Within a 45 day period I was charged for a 90 120 day if you include the trail prodcuts) day supply of the product, totally $534.00. When I finally found the number to call and cancel via the Ripoff Report which is where I was able to find their phone number I was offered only offered 35% off of the last product that was shipped. The customer service rep then went to 50% off the last shipment to finally agreeing to refund me my money for the last product shipped. I'm still stuck with a 120 days of a product that is makes my skin breakout so I've stop using it and have paid $356.
