Complaint Review: Radiant Revive

Radiant Revive They charged my disibility card direct exress twice $89.95 and$88.47 I did not order or receive any products from this company I cannot get any help from either company or direct express. They tell me I donot have a account but told Direct Express I do dont know what to do????

My wife was scammed to in the same manner as everyone else. Called the company and they refused to correct, said the two week trial period commenced 2 weeks from the date of sample request though they charged my credit card one week after she ordered the sample. Said they would cancel her "subscription" but wouldn't reverse charges.

Filed fraud with the credit union and got the initial $200 dollars back. Just noticed today that they have been charging my wife's credit card $4.95 at the beginning of each month. Filed another fraud with the credit union to get the $20 back and had to cancel her card so they couldn't continue.

Beware if you've been scammed by these crooks. They will sneak small charges in afterwards which most people probably just scan over and ignore due to it being small change.
