Charged my card twice without my authorization or knowledge, there are two separate charges

Placed order for the trial cream for my wife. This company automatically added eye serum and charged an additional $4.99 shipping. I didn’t even see that plus they added another $2.99 for expedited shipping. Huh? Then a charge hit for $89.00 another one today for$88.00. I contacted my bank and they can’t do anything until the charges post. Both are in pending status. I contacted the "company” told them how deceptive their business practices are. The offered me a 35% rebate. What???? I have contacted the Attorney General’s Office and they already have multiple complaints on this company. They are doing an investigation as we speak. I have my financial institution’s fraud division looking at these transactions. Companies like this need to e put out of business. I could kick myself for even considering purchasing something like this.
