Radiant Skin Scam and misrepresentation Santa Ana California
I ordered off the internet a free sample of Advanced Anti Aging Serum and agreed to pay the $4.95 requested for S&H. What I received was the actual product and charged roughly $99 plus $4.95 for S&H.
I was outraged and immediately called the number on the bottle. I spoke with the rep who said that was the advertised offer. I demanded a refund and they completely refused. I offered to send the unopened product back and they said not an option.
After a long conversation that went back and forth they offered to give me a 50% refund and that was it. I was stuck with the product. I demdanded they remove my CC from their list so I woud not be sent a monthly refill as informed.
