radiant telecom inc, aka iprepay, is a co. that sells phone card time. I have a store (qwik pack & ship) which sells ,phone cards, for radiant. in order to set up service with radiant/iprepay a bank draft must be set up, so i deposit my sales from their cards, and they withdraw there fee from my account, leaving any commision due me.

on sept 01/05 i noticed a draft of $39.95 was taken from my account by radiant/iprepay. i hadn't sold any cards lately, so i contacted iprepay. i spoke to a lady named "Mika" on either sept 3rd or 4th. Mika told me the withdrawl was a mistake, and the money would be put back within 24 hrs... it was not.

i have called at least 6 other times with no results, then i was told to call accounting, where i listened to a voice message which said "If you are calling re: the monies drawn from your account, it is being worked on". This tells me there are more people involved in this scam.

I wrote radiant/iprepay a letter re: the mistake & sent it certified as, as stated in our aggrement... no response. itried talking to my rep "Oscar Pena", no response.. i e-mailed & left messages for "Bobbie Gonzalez" no response. i also spoke to Mika on at least 2 other occassions & another rep named Sheldon. All i wanted was my money back... now i want to know if these people are ripping off other businesses???

i have tried the BBB, but they said they tried to contact radiant/iprepay, but "They did not respond", so, there is nothing else they could do. The BBB suggested i go through the Florida Dept of Agriculture... they said it's not in their jurisdiction & told me to contact, The state of Florida Public Service Commission... They can't do anything either, their advice was to, get a lawyer... right, for $39.95.

It seems to me it is very easy to rip people off in Florida & perhaps all over, as long as it is for small amounts & noone will come after you... I Want To Change That !!! Can You Help ?
