I have purchased my product on 30 July 2013. It is a huge shame it is already Dec31st and I still did not get my shirt delivered, and worst, not even an explanation for the delay. They keep ignoring my contacts.

If it was in my home country i would probably sue your company according to costumers protection laws. Unfortunately I do not live in the USA.

Very disappointed I have lost my money on this promise. They are big fraud!

I FORCED Radiate Athletics To Give Me My Money Back

#2Consumer Suggestion

Sun, March 09, 2014

As with hundreds or thousands of people who have not received their product from Radiate Athletics despite dozens of broken promises by the company to ship the shirts, I forced them to give me my money back and they acknowledge this fact on www.ripoffreport.com.

I placed an order with Radiate Athletics in April of 2013 for a few shirts and after nor receiving them in two months I started e-mailing them to find a status and they would not respond.  I was able to obtain the personal cell phone number of Kenny, the owner, and when I contacted him about my shirts and their inability to respond to e-mails, he was more concerned about how I got his cell phone number.  After talking with him for several minutes, he PROMISED my shirts would be shipped within 30 days so I tool his word for it.

After waiting another 60 days and no shirts had arrived, I called him again on his cell phone and told him I was going to contact PayPal and file a dispute since that is the service he uses to process credit card payments.  He told me to "go ahead - its been more than 90 days so PayPal can't do anything about it."  Not believing him, I contacted PayPal and basically they agreed with him.

I then contacted my credit card company and they said they would initiate a dispute because I had not received the product.  The bank employee also suggested that I file an online report with www.RipOffReport.com to put pressure on Radiate Athletics AND TO WARN OTHERS about their business practices.

I followed my credit card providers advice, filed the dispute with the bank, filed the onlined report with www.RipOffReport.com and then posted on Radiate's Facebook wall exactly what I had done.

Within two hours of doing the above and posting on Radiate's wall, Kenny contacted me on the phone and said that he had issued an IMMEDIATE refund and then posted a copy of the refund on www.RipOffReport.com website in hopes of having the report removed.  www.RipOffReport.com does NOT remove complaints and had Radiate done the right thing in the first place they would not have to worry about their online reputation.

The ONLY WAY you are going to receive a refund from Radiate Athletic's is to do what I did.

Contact the credit card provider you used to place the order, file a dispute that you never received the product, file a report with www.RipOffReport.com and then place your experience on Radiate's Facebook wall and any other place you think will put pressure on them to make you go away.
