Radical Racegear Butch Lamb Scammer, ripoff, unproffesional, fraud, fake, crook, Internet
I contacted Butch at Radical Racegear on 2-21-12 to place an order of pit crew shirts that I needed for the AMA RoadRacing event in Daytona Beach on 3-15-12. When I 1st talked to him I made enphasis on the deadline date to make sure he could delivered and he confirmed he will. The 1st 3 days of conversations and e-mails were very on time and clear.
1 week before me and my ream heading out to Daytona I called to check on the status of the order and he siad everything was good and no issues. 3 days before the event still haven't heard anything and he said he was going to have to overnight the shirts to my hotel, he asked me to email him Hotel info etc. 1st day of the event and nothing yet I called to check and no answer. I probably called 20 times and emailed withing the 3days of the event and no answer or call back NOTHING!
AMA racing sanctions, fines or desqualifies racers for not having and wearing the appropiate team crew shirts and I might lose my sponsors which were expecting to see their names on tv coverage and photos. I can not express the level of frustration with this company and the way they do business. This is the most important even in the AMA roadracing season based it's the Daytona 200 race.
Now I'm out almost $400 which doesn't even come close to the damage this Butch guy has made and the potential lose of sponsors. lease be aware and if you need this kind of product go somewhere else, DO NOT trust this guy for a second. Butch Lamb and Radical Racegear are a ripoff!!
