Complaint Review: Radio Accounting Service

I agreed to a radio add for a Patriots week they were hosting during the week of 9/11 in Houston - as a veteran owned business was happy to participate. I never received a copy of the ad that was apparently played and then I received collection calls & letters. After refusing to pay due to lack of proof that it was played in my geographic area was promised an .mp3 audio of the ad with proof it was played in my area - never heard from them again except by mail and of course haven't received proof that my ad aired. I live in Houston and the bill I received is for KEZX AM - 730 Radio in Oregon....not even a radio station in my area. I believe that this is likely a scam!
