Complaint Review: Radio Shack

My Radar detector needed a cord, I took the unit and spoke with sales moran/idiot Natalie who handed me a cord that was supposed to be the proper replacement cord.

Within 1 day my radar unit was destroyed. I then spoke with the store manager, a moran by the name of Rick Rodriquez. He argued with my husbands and said that this situation is impossible because he knows the products.

My husband told the boy that my he (my husband) was an electronics specialist from the time Mr. Rodriquez was in diapers. Then, I called 4 times to Cliff Coleman in the district offices. I'm still wating for a return call from that idiot.

I then wrote the president Leonard H. Roberts who didn't care and sent it back to another and bigger Idiot Bob Archenhold. Who basically told me that the damage was not the fault of the cord and that they did me a favor by absorbing the cost of the repair.

It amazes me that so many stupid people can be in one place. For Gods Sakes People AVOID THIS COMPANY. NO CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER, ONLY THE MONEY. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!
