On black Friday November 2008, i responded to a radioshack advertisement for a Canon pixma MX300 for $49.99 and would be free after a $50 Dollars rebate, at a condition if you buy it as a bundle with a digital camera at the same time same receipt.

I bought the printer and the camera Casio, to get the $50 Dollars rebate. online at www.Radioshack.com. and both items were available, and I Received an email confirmation from Radioshack for my order #9154538443-002 but 2 weeks later. radioshack sent me the camera and charged me full price $100 Dollars, and didnt send the printer that supposed to be free after rebate if i buy the camera.

then 4 days after I received the camera, Radioshak sent me an email, that they canceled my order for the printer, now it is more then 15 days passed since the email confirmation I received for my order. i contacted the costumer service , they say the printer is out of stock, and they canceled my order, they will not send it or replace it or compensate me for my lost, A Radioshack's supervisor who i spoke to, his name is tony at ext 72008. told me that radioshack.com made a mistake by not annoucing out of stock at the time I put my order, and radioshack made a mistake by not asking me if i still need the camera without the printer before they ship the camera to me, and told me radioshack cannot do anything about it.

I tried to talk to a second manager and i told him i will complain to BBB. better business bureau and to consummer affair and distric attorney for the false advertisement, The second manager simply told me go do what you have to do, we have no solution for our mistake.
it was a false advertisement. Rafioshack.com tricks peoples to buy from their site the cameras and making them think they are getting good deal because the printer would be free, so peoples dont buy from other compatitors sites same item for cheaper, but later they ship the camera and cancel your order for the printer. so you are stuck with it., by the way I coudl've bought the exact camera for $25 Dollars less at that time on black friday from different sites, but i prefered to pay more in Radioshack.com to get the printer free
I didnt expect to be a victim of Radioshack false advertising.

You within their return period, if they were out of the printer and would not give you one, why didn't you return the camera then and cancel the whole deal?

I know usually on black friday they do state that all offers are "while supplies last"

I agree with the other commenter. The discrepancies in the report cast doubt upon the credibility of the report.

For every body out there whom trying to put a dought in radio shack rip-off report that I posted.
Here are the exact dates and you calculate the days , i am not good in Math. If i was good in math , then i wouldnt be a Radioshack victim of false advertisement.
On NOV 27,2008, I placed my order online at Radioshak.com at that time the printer and the camera were both in stock and I received a confirmation Email from radioshack.com.
On DEC 5,2008 I receive the camera only with an invoice total $161.60 Dollars that is $99.99 for the Camera and $49.99 for the printer plus Tax.
On DEC 7,2008 I received and Email from Radio shack stating they canceled my order for the printer that supposed to be free after rebate when i bought the camera and printer as a bundle.
More days or less days doesnt change the fact that Radioshack ripped me off , radio shack advertised for a free printer after rebate if i buy a camera , but it was a trick, a ripp=off.
I learned from Radio shack costumer service that they are getting too many called from peoples like me who got ripped off same way as i did same deal.

It's only been 10 days since Black Friday...

so how can you say that it's been 15 days since you got your email from Radio Shack. Something doesn't make sense with this report. You need to get your information correct before making a report.

Confusing dates...

I am confused about the dates presented in this report. The OP placed an order on Black Friday and two weeks later Radio Shack shipped the camera? This report was posted on December 7th, two weeks hadn't passed since Black Friday.

She also states that fifteen days had passed since the confirmation email, that isn't possible.

For what it's worth, if the story is true then I Radio Shack should have informed her that they had run out of supplies to fill these orders.
