I was a guest at this Radisson Hotel. I checked in at 130pm and dropped off my bags and went out. Upon returning at 10pm, I found there was no heat in the room, with an outdoor temperature of 5 degrees. The balcony door had a terrible draft and there was mold in the bathroom. I wrapped in a blanket to keep warm and called the desk. They sent a man to check the room and found the bed had been 'used' since I removed the blanket.

I was given a refund to my credit card at the desk, and checked out. I was offered either a refund or a different room and chose the refund. The next morning my card was charged again, without my authorization or signature, and I called the manager.

The manager was less than helpful and I quote him as saying, " Young lady, I realize you wanted yo have fun for a few hours in a hotel room but we're not paying for it. We're putting our foot down". This manager hung up on me several times after leaving me on hold for 20 to 30 minutes at a time. He implied that my age and marital status were at issue since I was with my boyfriend. We didn't damage this room, didn't use it as they suggested ( not that what we did there was their business! ), and were entitled a refund.

Instead of a refund, I have been called a prostitute, discriminated against due to my age and marital status, ripped off, and completely embarassed. I suggest NEVER using this hotel chain; they have lost good customers as we travel a lot. We will never use a Radisson Hotel anywhere again.
