Complaint Review: Radix Eye Cream

Great video on FB showing an older woman and how her skin looks better and younger.  They advertise a free trial offer charging you only for shipping.  Beware!  You not only get a small container of the eye cream, you get a monthly subscription that continues until you cancel it.  Of course, that's all in the fine print that no one reads, and nowhere is it disclosed what these monthly deliveries are going to cost you.  I found out when I checked my visa bill and didn't recognize a charge.  I was charged almost $90 for a very small container of cream.  When I called to cancel and ask for a refund, it was a joke.  They do not accept any returns and say you agreed to the terms.  I spent over an hour on the phone with their customer support.  What a script they have.  They just keep repeating the same things over and over.  Not giving up, I asked to speak to a supervisor.  They keep me holding about 30 minutes.  This person offered me a refund of 35%. When I would not agree to that, he transferred me to anther supervisor of course with another long hold.  This supervisor offered me 75% off.  By this time I was just plain worn out.  I agreed to this.  That;s their tactic.  I'm not sure if anyone can get a full refund, but they have their scam perfected.  This is deception if not outright fraud.  Do a google search for more complaints.
