Complaint Review: RadixEyeCream

This company sends samples and then starts billing your creditcard for products monthly if you don't request a stop within 16 days. They don't even provide a price ofthe products they bill you for until you see the charges on your credit card. They do not allow a return of the product even if shipment is not opened.

I intend to seek a court order against the company if they do not provide full credit to my accounts within 10 days.

There are others who have also noted the same ri[off issue. I suggest they contact us and others and offer full credi and provide shipping labels. I will give them 10 days or they will see us in court. I am also going to dispute the charges on the credit card.
