Beware ordering from a company called RadSpeed Detector Pro, radspeedpro.com.

This company, I found has been running the same so called 75% off sale for a very long time and the sale claims it is for one day only and will end in hours.  Very deceitful and faulty advertising.  Once I made the mistake of ordering first and checking the company out second to see all the complaints and the fact this same detector is being sold for much less than their so called 75% off sale on a regular basis, I called to cancel my order immediately after placing it and finding that you can purchase the same brand new RadSpeed Detector Pro for $25.99 and free S&H on EBay and Amazon. They charged me $168.00 for two units claiming it was over 75% off. When I called you get a message and can not talk to a live person. After leaving five messages on the phone telling them to stop my order immediately and refund my purchase, no one returned my call. After numerous emails to the company, I was finally sent an email a week later stating I could return the order after I received it in about 15 days of purchase. They then state that if the product is opened and damaged, they will not refund.

Furthermore, they state that you are responsible for shipping and handling back to them and they claim they may not even receive it so make certain it is insured so you can collect from the insurance if they do not receive it. All the while, your money is tied up on your credit card. If you can prove they received the item back, they take several weeks to process a refund. When my order that should have been cancelled and when it arrives in another week or two, I will immediately take it unopened to the US Post Office and send it back insured and if they claim it was not received, they can fight the US Post Office which if shown was delivered could be a Federal Crime if they claim they did not receive it back.  On my credit card, the number listed to call which only gives you an option to leave a message is located in California.  The information on the return of the item once I get it is in Idaho so I have no idea where this actual company is located.

Do Not Do Business With This Rip Off Company. They are as crooked and evil as they come and only try to deceive you into purchasing from them. After much online research, I found that their detector has been around for years and is not new, not improved, and certainly does not contain new technology. It is Chinese made junk with numerous people leaving negative reviews and no real positive reviews except from possibly some of the people working at this rip off company.  All that being said, I was a fool to fall for their ad. "My Bad". Please do not make the same mistake I did and learn from my mistake of ordering from this shady company.

 This is not even a real company; their is no answer to two different phone numbers and they do not reply to e-mails. If you buy their detector you will see that it is nothing but a piece of chinese junk. It was so cheap that I didn't even bother to try it out; then on top of it all they give you a 90 day return policy but they have no intentions of ever sending you a refund.

The return is to some body shop in idaho and the detector is sent out from ca. Stay away from this junk and this so called company. It really isn't a company at all. It's a scam website, a scam product, everything about it is a scam.
