Complaint Review: Rafael Arce Live

In December 2018 my daughter came to me and told me she was raped 3 times by Rafael Arce in late 2017 after her Mother Julianne Arce had left her alone with her boyfriend Rafael for well over a month. Soon after my daughter attempted to commit suicide twice by drinking bleach and taking pills as well as started severely self harming herself with very deep razor blade cuts her Mother Julianne Arce contacted me to take custody of Trinity as soon as possible.

I did not know at the time what had happened to cause her behaviors and was confused as she had always been a very easy going child in every way. Both Rafael Arce and her Mother refused to take Trinity to the emergency room or doctor of any kind ( ever ) after these incidents. It’s child endangerment by most sane peoples judgments. Soon after she moved in with me she exhibited unusual behavior and anger so I got her into professional counseling as well as set up medical insurance for her.

My cash flow was low at the time, a lot to do with the theft of my website and affiliates by the same Rafael Arce. To this day he and his girlfriend Julie have refused to return my site so I filed a report with the FBI as they have broken Federal and State laws. I have had to use some State assistance to help as the care my daughter needed was becoming beyond what my budget could afford.

She was diagnosed with possibly having PDST and depression issues, again very unusual for the child that I knew. After I forced her to visit California with me in late 2018 ( not knowing yet what happened), she also saw Rafael and her Mother, when we returned her behavior was unbelievably angry. She finally blew up and told me what had happened and a light bulb went off as everything finally made sense as to her behavior and it’s timing.

When her Mother found out that we appropriately reported to the Carlsbad PD, to counter the report she called CPS in Washington where we reside and filed a false report on me. Acknowledged by CPS who quickly closed my case after Trinity’s Forensic report done by a 23 year veteran and expert confirmed Trinity’s accusations. It is May now and the detective who has been very cordial putting up with my temper tantrums ( says he understands as he is also a Father ) has finished the investigation and apparently felt strong enough about the case to send it to the prosecutor who we meet with tomorrow.

The detective told Trini that what ever happens he knows she told the truth as to what happened. On the phone he told me as well that both he and the prosecutor believe Trinity was wronged but they can only move forward if this case now well over a year old can be proven by a reasonable doubt by a jury. We will find out tomorrow what the prosecutor thinks.

I think everyone in the justice system knows he is guilty and certainly Trinty has never been a liar. Not to mention that statistically only 1/14 children lie about rape ( 7% ) . Julie has cut off communication with Trinity as well as me as punishment. Sadly she has not allowed me to communicate with my youngest daughter as well as changed my daughters last name to that of the rapist.

All to punish me and Trinity. It’s ugly and sad behavior of her and she apparently is in denial joining the club of 1/3 women who take the rapists side over her daughters. If you do business with either of them and especially if you are a women or have children in yoga with them please beware that all that sparkling clean image that they portray is not the reality of their life, ethics or character.

One last example being the daughter she abandoned well over a decade ago now needs help which she refused to provide, so Trinity asked me to help knowing her Mothers issues and lack of caring. I said I would but where is Julie when this other child she abandoned landed in Juvi jail and needs help and love. No where. Do business with them if you want and confirm the truth of this tragedy as it’s 100 percent accurate and well hidden by both Rafael and Julie.
