BEWARE of Rafael Lujano and Construction Xtreme, AKA Xtreme Design and construction. This contractor is a great salesman, and will say yes to everything. The work he did on my house was so poor, I have to now pay another contractor to come in to fix the massive mistakes he left me with.
There are major issues with every aspect of work he performed including major leaks in roofing, entire walls being set off level, doorways hung crooked with massive gaps in the doors, cracks in brand new tile, grout crumbling out of the tile, paint peeling off of walls, puddles in shower pan installation, etc. etc.
When my job started in November, we had a finish date of July 2016. I am now in June of 2017 and still no final inspection has been completed.
This contractor does not carry workmans comp, and his employees stole thousands of dollars worth of equipment from my garage including tools, toolboxes, paint sprayers, electronics, etc.
DO NOT TRUST RAFAEL LUJANO WITH YOUR HOME. This contractor now has two complains filed against him with the CSLB.
Rafael Lujano needs to lose his license so he can't put yet another family through what he has put mine through.
