Complaint Review: Ragazzi Engineers

 When I met Chloe online she told me via chat she was a Civil Engineer. She said she was bidding on a Google project. She said if she wins the bid she would hire me as her IT Manager. Chloe told me that her parents and daughter had been killed in a car accident. Chloe said she was a witness to it because she was in a car following them. Chloe said her father owned many pizza shops and other property in New York. She said she grew up on Park Avenue. Chloe said she was an only child and that she was the sole heir to her father's pizza empire. Chloe said that she sued the State of New York for the accident. Chloe said she had over 28 million dollars in the bank.

She said the money was dispersed to her by a man named Guy. At some point Chloe began receiving what appeared to be GOOGLE documents and telling me that they were contracts and agreements. Chloe typed up contracts for me to work for her as her Technical Support Technician. The amounts of pay were extremely high for the limited knowledge I had. I kept telling Chloe to change the contract to less money and then I would sign it. There was finally a contract that I signed but never received a copy of the signed copy. Chloe was making and receiving calls from people she said worked at Google.

She was talking about having trailers set up for us on the Google property and ordering office equipment. At one point Chloe asked me to purchase a laptop for her to use. Chloe said I would be reimbursed by Google for the laptop. I told her that is fine but if Google did not pay me the laptop must be given back to me. I purchased the laptop and had it engraved with her name at her request. Chloe also promised a job to my friend D.A. once we arrived in Santa Rosa and were a little settled in. They both signed a “contract” for it. In the end Chloe fired D. saying D. was harassing her via text messages and being disrespectful to her.

Chloe drafted a dismissal letter to D. and I said we need to pay her something. There was a check written by Chloe from my Bank Of America checking account. The check was not signed by anyone but the bank honored it anyway which is fine by me. I felt as if Chloe had wronged D. and made stories up of the text harassment but I could not prove how. I now know Chloe makes extensive use of Text Plus and can send herself text messages from any phone number she wants. Chloe at some point said her Lawyer, David Berg was getting involved and suing Google for breech of contract.

She emailed documents to me of proof. Her Lawyer was in New York and flying here to have a meeting with Google. She went to the meeting and said Google promised to pay. She emailed me an image of a Google check payable to her and Ragazzi Engineers. She also sent me a copy of court documents signed by her NY Lawyer David Berg. Needless to say nothing ever happened. Chloe said she had no ID so she would be unable to cash the check. Then she said the check was on hold at a bank because of being suspected of bank fraud and Social Security fraud. She said once that was cleared up the bank would release the funds. I have a copy of the court document signed by David Berg and appearing as if it had been filed with the court. That document has the FORGED signature of David Berg.
