I won about 1000 dollars and tried to cash out and immediately the manager approved the request.A couple of weeks later I call and they said they need several documents faxed to them,I comply,After 2 more weeks go by I call they said no problem money is on the way.After another 2weeks I call a bit they say I have more than 1 account and that is against the rules. That's a bunch of bull sh. Me and my spouse each have one yes they do not interlock. That did not stop them from accepting deposits from my spouse..Someone has my900plus dollars and they shouldn't string people along with never intending to pay.I had a good day at poker and now they don't want to pay off one ever tried to contact me .This is about 3 months old now
