RAH account ripoff Internet
As of January 2014 "freeshipping.comIC 855-2-5968" had change their title to "InsidersClub.com/IC 800-5968". I do not know where this account came from, but it appeared on my bank statement since December 2012 with a monthly bill of $19.97 automatically taken out of my account.
Since there were several deaths and illnesses in my community and family, I regret not looking at the bank statement until recenly. Please look into this matter.

I am not sure why many of those who failed to check/look at their statement would give a reason of "due to healthy/death of self/family" all the time? What is this excuse good for? A sympathy? Why is it conveniently happen to all of them? If they simply admitted "I forgot" or "I am too lazy," I am sure readers (including myself), can at least see their sincere in the report. Can't people stop giving an excuse when they knew that they made a mistake?
Back to the report, it is a rip off but the cause is still unknown because it happened over a year ago. The OP may unintentional signed up for the useless ervice back then. Of course, it's been over a year so it is possible that the OP already forogot what really happened.
So now, what to do is to immediately cancel the service with them, and try to find out what really happened. Do admit your own mistake and move on. If you think you are in the right, you could try to sue them (small claim court if applicable). Judgment from the law is not based on your excuses but on what happened...
