We were looking for a Lincoln Pipeliner Welding Generator and found one on Rahayu Generators websited. They have a very professional website and advertised themselves as providing high quality generators to trade and industry. We did some research and found they advertised the sale of their products on other websites. We also searched for any negative reports on this company, but unfortuantely in late 2013, there were none. We corresponded via email and decided to go ahead with the purchase. We wired the money through our bank and thru West Fargo in the states to a very hightly known bank in Jakarta.
After the funds were received, they asked for an additional shipping cost, indicating that we had the option of refund should we not wish to send the additional funds. We sent them an email requesting a refund. They responded saying it was in their accounting area and that it could take up to 2 weeks to process. We have yet to hear a work, at that was now 4 weeks ago.
We have reported this company to the Canadian government, the indonesian embassy in Vancouver Canada and Indonesia representatives of trade in Ottawa, our canadian government captial.
We are submitting this report so that no other individuals or companies will get ripped off.
