Complaint Review: Raiden Technology

I have also had problems with this company. I purchased a RC aircraft (Gurnli A-10 jet) and found out it was so underpowered that it would not fly. I purchased this plane after watching a performance video of this aircraft on their web site. What I did not know at the time is Raiden Technology stole this video from U-tube. This video was made by a customer that also purchased this plane and found out that it would not fly. This customer extensively modified this plane (new motors and complete new electronics)

Raiden used this video to convince customers that this was a high performance aircraft even though they knew this aircraft was defective.

I later found further information about this company on the RC universe web site where numerous customers have had problems with Raiden. I have tried to get a refund but my communications (numerous phone calls and E-mails )have been ignored.

The two times I was able to talk to someone I was told someone would call me back. They never called back. I finally gave up trying to get a response from Raiden and placed the purchase on dispute with My Master Card Company. I would advise that buyer beware if you order anything from this company.
