Complaint Review: Raiden Technology Zhobby

The R/C boat as received was defective. Thye will not return phone calls and after many eamils sent an RMA # to return the boat, but no return freight paid sticker. I should not have to pay freight back to them for a defective from the box product. After many attempts to speak to a manager...none exist. The phone number is never answered or always busy.

So far, Master Card has removed the charge from my bill, and I have not heard a word from Zhobby.

They do not have customer support and once they have the money they are gone.
