Complaint Review: Raidentech

Raidentech Told me my order was shipped and it wasnt La Puente California Internet

I placed a order with Raiden Tech for 2 remote controlled nitro buggies. The order was confirmed mar 10/08. I received another email Mar 11/08 with confirmation of order and a shipping tracking number.

On mar14 I received an email from raiden Tech stating they were out of stock of my item, I could either wait for 4 to 6 weeks for them to restock and ship or get a full refund..On mar 15 I sent an email to raiden Tech requesting a refund.

I recieved another email from raiden Tech on mar 17 stating they can't refund as the order was sent. On mar18 I replied to raiden tech my so called order was sent,If my order was sent,why doesn't the tracking order number state were it is? and I wasn' t going to wait 4 to 6 weeks to get my order,and that they were paid in full,I asked them to let me know , when they were sent,and why the tracking number didn't show me it was sent. LOL never guess what, another email sent to me on mar 19, so sorry your order wasn't sent, and I'll get a full refund in 2 to 3 business days.

Im happy to say, I did get a full refund,alot of complaining. Ill never order anthing from them again. Be very aware Raiden tech, has many other business names, check the phone numbers, you will see!
