Hello to the wonderful, loyal, hardworking staff of Ripoff:

I have been a writer with Raider Publishing

International (RPI) , for the past two years.

Here are their details:

Raider Publishing Global HQ

Raider Publishing International

 350 5th Ave.

- 59th Floor

 New York, New

York 10118

Phone:

646-233-2026

Here

are the severe complaints:

1.

They charged me with c euros, for the gold package. Only the website for the

novel was delivered, meaning that the TV\radio ads are nonexistent, yahoo, Msn

advertisement, iPod form on ITunes, contests, shelf space consideration for UK

and USA, broadcasting network as well as literary magazine inclusions- a lie. Availably

in over 25,00 retailers worldwide- lie. 600 press releases and signings for the

novel, media outlets alert- lies, lies, and lies.

2. In

the beginning they promised extra fast service that I paid extra money for,

300 Euro, it was never kept, I complained and politely (forever civilly)

demanded the money back for a service not provided, they disappeared for 2

months, that would begin to be a pattern here, Adam Salviani (The CEO) Jennifer

Sommer (his assistant) and Kaitlin Flaherty (Production manager)- would

disappear for months on end with no explanation and they promise the best

treatment for writers having been established by writers themselves.

3

Amazon and B&N report that they promised them copies of my novel to their

warehouses- never delivered.

4. Their brochure

says that you have best sellers on 4 different continents- lies.

5.  Promised to talk to me over the phone more

often after our second talk- a lie, suddenly in this critical time he has

disappeared altogether.

6. I ordered 52

copies in November 2011 of my novel (to send review copies), it is now after

five months already, after 100 promises and lies in every shape and form

(probably to make it impossible to cancel the deal) I now am suing the credit

card company for the money back.

7.

So many writers never receive the initial 40 copies, I had to wait months for

them, so many excuses were said that I cannot recall them all. Suddenly the

disappeared for weeks, and then a new personal assistant returned to me, saying

that the previous one was fired and that I talk to him from now on.

8.

Adam said they printed up to a 1000 copies of my novel, Jennifer said 700 and

Kaitlin 400- which one is it? I am sure that the only copies they ever printed

are the first 40, and these are the only copies they ever plan to print, why?

They could have made moneys from really selling novels, why limit the scam only

to the printed novel for the writer is beyond me. Yeah right, for roughly 2900

dollars would they print a 1000 copies- s**t no.

9.

If they have 1000 copies why do I have to wait for the 52 copies half a year?

The money theyre taking in short order- the

service they never provide or provide delayed like hell.\

10.

They promised to send review copies to 7

magazines that are extremely enthusiastic about me, 2 are there by them in New

York, none arrived, in fact, Jennifer prohibited me talking to them.... I

wonder why.

11.

Claims to have sent a complimentary copy to Oprah Winfrey- never happened, also

they have an old and not updated address of hers.

12.

Claims to have sent review copies to the new York times- never happened.

13.

Promised to have my book in his Suffern physical bookstore- probably never

happened.

14.

Promises that the novel is being offered through 25,000 retailers, in actuality

there are so few- perhaps up to 50. I am not sure.

15.

Promises quarterly sales reports or promotional reports if no sales have been

made, never received a thing. Other writers complain that their novel sold

dozens of copies, to begin with, he reported only 2.

16.

I bought my own book in April 2012, to see if I get to see the sale report and

have the money for it, probably not- still unknown.

17.

They never asked me for bank details for transference of the coming moneys,

only took and took and took.

18.

Promised to contact local newspapers with news of my book,- never happened.

19.

Claims he is not POD- but he is- fact. He has no copies.

20.  In my printed book, all the italics were

removed from the 40 printed copies, he also never included the dedication for

my poor dead mom like he promised.

22.

He says send me a manuscript and Ill review it and decide, but of course it

takes any writer- for the money it doesnt matter whether you have written a

grocery list!!!

To

conclude- a total liar, only delivered the printed copies and the website, 1

press release or 2, I heard that others never even received the initial first

copies, and has some stores linked to your novel, doesnt send review copies,

he is a specialist in stealing moneys and never delivering the goods, I am

still l waiting for those 52 copies.

3

Amazon and B&N chain stores report that they promised them copies of my novel

to their warehouses- RAIDER never delivered.

4. Their brochure

says that they have best sellers on 4 different continents- lies, I asked about

it, Adam Salviani, the key figure, claimed that: For legal reasons I cannot

provide that, of course any legit publisher would have been glad to reveal

that, boasting their legitimacy, I was silly to ignore that.

5.  Promised to talk to me over the phone more

often, after our second telephone talk (on which I had to negotiate for weeks

to get a hold of him)- a lie, suddenly in this critical time he has disappeared

altogether. And now I realize that it is a miracle that we even talked to each

other over the phone, since I hear that others never talked to him in person.

6. I ordered dozens

of copies a few months back of my novel (to send to magazines) after 100

promises and lies in every shape and form (probably to make it impossible to

cancel the deal) I now am suing the credit card company for the money back, naturally

the copies never arrived and the money was never returned after many requests

and legal threats.

them, so many excuses were said that I cannot recall them all. Suddenly they

disappeared for weeks, and then, a new personal assistant returned to me,

printed are the first 40, and these are the only copies they ever plan to

the scam only to the printed novel for the writer is beyond me. Yeah right, for

roughly 3000 dollars would they print a 1000 copies- s**t no. I hear from other

writers that they their novel was sold but that RAIDER reports no sales at all,

or almost none.

9.

If they have 1000 copies why do I have to wait for the dozens of copies half a

year?

The money theyre always taking in short

order- the service they never provide or provide delayed like hell.

10.

They promised to send review copies to a

few magazines that are extremely enthusiastic about me, 2 are there by them in

New York, none arrived; in fact, Jennifer prohibited me talking to them.... I

wonder why. Of course I disagreed aggressively, and confronted her with her

lies (all documented) she said that: there was a problem, I (Jennifer!!!) Was

promised that they would be sent, when Adam returns next week I will have him re-send

them!!! Where is he? Where does he need to return from? What is the relevancy

at all? From that, I conclude that they only want the initial moneys from the

writers, thats it, they have no intention in selling novels at all and when

they do, they keep the money for themselves.

11.

Claims to have sent a complimentary copy to Oprah Winfrey- never happened; also

they have an old and not updated address of hers. I asked for it, my personal letter

to her came back, to my amazement. So I realized I could not depend upon them at

all.

12.

Claims to have sent review copies to the new York times- probably never

happened.

13.

Promised to have my book in his Suffern physical bookstore- probably never

happened.

14.

Promises that the novel is being offered through 25,000 retailers, in actuality

there are so few- perhaps up to 50. I am not sure.

only took and took and took.

18.

Promised to contact local newspapers with news of my book - never happened.

19.

Claims he is not POD- but he is- fact. He has no copies. Worse.

20.  In my printed book, all the italics were

removed from the 40 printed copies; he also never included the dedication for

my poor dead mom like he promised.

22.

He says: send me a manuscript and Ill review it and decide where to accept

your novel, but of course he (Adam) takes any writer- for the money it doesnt

matter whether you have written a grocery list!!!

To

conclude- a total liar, only delivered the printed copies and the website, 1

press release or 2, I heard that others never even received the initial first

copies, doesnt send review copies, he is a specialist in stealing moneys and

never delivering the goods, I am still waiting for those copies I paid for with

my hard earned money. He takes the money and basically hes done with you.
